We meditated! And we're looking forward to next time


Thank you to all who participated in our first Awareness Meditation Group meeting. We enjoyed a guided and then continued silently for a total of 20 minutes. Afterward we talked and introduced ourselves. Then we had some tea and watched a program called "Deepak Chopra's Prescription for Happiness" which reviewed the Buddhist Eightfold Path and how it can be applied to everyday life to create a sense of joy and freedom for us and the planet.
